With more than 30 years of experience in real estate development and investment, Oury Ymar founded Tidex Elite SA in 1987, a Swiss real estate development company that initiated and delivered around 80% of the projects presented by the group.

In 2013, he founded the brokerage Rousseau 5 with Gary Tordjman. In 2015, he established Cèdre 10, the development group in which he remains the majority shareholder. Today, he supports the group's development as an investing partner and brings new developments a strategic vision shaped by more than three decades of field experience.

Gary Tordjman entered real estate brokerage in 2013. He leads and owns Rousseau 5, now one of Geneva's leading real estate agencies, renowned for its excellence. Calm, discreet and attentive, he offers clients exceptional support at every stage of their acquisition.

An investor in several development projects, he has successfully overseen their construction, financing and delivery. Within TYM Group, he is also responsible for capital raising.

Active in the real estate market for more than a decade, Denis Tordjman now leads Cèdre 10, the real estate development and project management group founded by Oury Ymar in 2015.

Sharp-minded, strategic, rigorous and hard-working, he oversees the development and delivery of projects with remarkable expertise. He has notably driven the growth of the building-acquisition activity, which has become a pillar of the group.
